Is there a free plan or free trial?

You can create a sample piece of evidence for free to see the full Evidence ZIP and verification flow. Paid plans start with the Starter Pack at 9 EUR one-time (3 forensic proofs, credits never expire). Subscription plans may include a 7-day trial if eligible.

What is the difference between the plans?

Plans differ mainly by the number of proofs per month. Professional includes 10 proofs/month, Enterprise 100/month, and Business 200/month workspace-wide for a team of up to 5. Every paid plan produces the same tamper-evident Evidence ZIP with eIDAS-qualified timestamps and Bitcoin OpenTimestamps anchoring the integrity guarantee is identical across tiers.

How much does GetProofAnchor cost per month?

Professional is 19 EUR/month (10 proofs), Enterprise is 39 EUR/month (100 proofs), and Business is 99 EUR/month (200 proofs, owner plus 4 members). The Starter Pack is a one-time 9 EUR purchase with no subscription. Annual billing saves 17% you pay for 10 months and get 12.

Do unused proofs roll over?

Starter Pack credits never expire and can be used anytime. Subscription proof allowances reset each billing month. If you regularly need more than your tier allows, upgrading to a higher tier is more cost-effective than buying additional packs.

Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?

Yes. Subscriptions are billed monthly (or yearly) and can be upgraded, downgraded, cancelled, or reactivated at any time through the Stripe customer portal. There is no lock-in contract.

Do you offer invoices and handle EU VAT?

Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, which issues proper invoices and handles EU VAT automatically. Submit your company ID or VAT ID at checkout and the invoice is generated for you.

What is Assisted Capture and how is it priced?

Assisted Capture is a done-for-you service: you send URLs and receive a court-ready evidence package by email, with the same eIDAS and Bitcoin forensic chain, no account required. It is priced separately from 49 EUR (Single) up to 349 EUR (Incident, 15 URLs).
